All prices on this website are shown in GBP. Prices include applicable taxes where required and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. The final order total, including shipping and any discounts, is shown before checkout is completed.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you accept these terms. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the order appears unusual or fraudulent, or there is an error in the product or price information.

Payment is made securely using the payment methods offered at checkout. HL Shop Now does not store full credit card details on hlshopnow.com.

6. Delivery

We currently sell and ship to the United Kingdom. Standard UK shipping costs GBP 5.99 for orders under GBP 65 and is free for orders of GBP 65 or more. Estimated delivery is 4 to 12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates can vary because of carrier delays, address issues or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and refunds
