HL Shop Now currently sells and ships to customers in the United Kingdom.

Seller and dispatch

HL Shop Now is operated by Carlos Calcada Bastos, an Herbalife Independent Member based at Via al Poggio 5, 6834 Morbio Inferiore, Switzerland. This is the seller's business and customer service address. Customer orders are not dispatched from Switzerland.

Orders for customers in the United Kingdom are fulfilled and dispatched directly by Herbalife through its delivery network. Orders for Northern Ireland may be dispatched by Herbalife from its Venray warehouse in the Netherlands.

Shipping cost

Standard UK shipping costs GBP 5.99 for orders under GBP 65. Shipping is free for orders of GBP 65 or more.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 4 to 12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary because of carrier delays, high demand, address issues, customs or circumstances outside our control.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation by email and, where available, shipping updates or tracking information from Herbalife or the delivery carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address, email address and phone number are correct before completing checkout. HL Shop Now is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

Returns

Returns for UK customers are free within the 30 day return period. To start a return, contact us first at ccbastos@me.com. Once the return is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent electronically for you to download and print. Do not send a product back before receiving the return instructions.
